Chili Cook-Off

On October 10, 2009 for the third year Habitat for Humanity was a proud participant in and beneficiary of State Bank Financial's Chili Cook-off, along with G.RE.A.T and D.A.R.E.

We cooked "Dragon's Breath Chili" and carried the theme over into the decoration of our booth. And to our great pleasure, we won two awards! We came in 2nd place for Best Chili in the nonprofit division, and we came in first place for Best Artistic Display!
