ReStore Assistant

The ReStore Assistant is responsible for overseeing the ReStore's day-to-day retail sales, receiving and donation operations. S/he will provide leadership to volunteers, screen donations, and ensure a smooth flow of products from intake to post-sale. S/he will also act as the Manager on duty as needed.

​This is a permanent, full-time, hourly paid position of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $15 per hour, pro-rated PTO, paid sick time, paid holidays, dental/vision insurance, accident insurance, and 401(k) retirement.

Fund Development VISTA - AmeriCorps
​
​The VISTA will develop fundraising programs that will increase the capacity to build and repair homes within our five-county service area. Project objectives include: 1) Creating a sustaining donor program to generate a steady source of income to help programs and operations. 2) Building a major gift program to encourage existing donors to increase their giving and identify potential new major donors. 3) Developing a cost-effective replicable plan to expand the organization’s annual appeal campaign.4) Establishing a donor appreciation plan to encourage repeat giving and larger gifts.

In addition to the standard VISTA benefits, this position includes a $100/month housing subsidy and a 30-hour work week.
