  1. Increase gross annual sales to $1 million.
  2. Develop and implement an online store that generates $50,000 in additional revenue per year.
  3. Increase ReClaim revenue by 100%

Increase Volunteers

Grow and sustain a family of volunteers who find their service to be rewarding, social, fun, and fulfilling.

  1. Find and create new ways to make the volunteer experience rewarding, as measured by yearly volunteer satisfaction surveys.
  2. Establish a written system to effectively, recruit, train, utilize, support, appreciate, and recognize all unique volunteers at Habitat.
  3. Create a strategic marketing and recruitment campaign to increase volunteer hours by 25% across programs.

Through community support and education, Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region is one of the top go-to organizations for donors and philanthropists.

  1. Create unique annual signature event that raises $100,000 per year.
  2. Diversify fundraising by increasing the number of donors and sponsors by 20% year over year.

New Programming

Identify, develop, and implement innovative, collaborative, and sustainable programming to match mission and community needs.

  1. Expand RePair program to include low-income and market-rate home repairs with a focus on emergency, accessibility, and aging-in-place repairs. Complete at least 20 projects by the end of 2023, with a goal of 100 projects per year.
