Chief Financial Officer
Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region is seeking a strategic, mission‑driven Chief Financial Officer to lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance. This key leadership role partners with the Executive Director and senior leadership team to develop long‑term financial strategies, strengthen operational performance, and ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources while supporting the agency’s mission of providing families with a place to call home. This full‑time, exempt position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000.

Construction Site Specialist
As a Construction Site Specialist, you’ll study fundamentals of building design, site development, building layout operations, working with volunteers, site management, and practical residential construction practices. You’ll be instructed in proper use of hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power equipment. Related blueprint reading, estimating, building science principles, and OSHA practices are part of the training.
