Housing Development Director
Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region is seeking a Housing Development Director to lead the planning, development, and construction of affordable homeownership projects throughout our five-county service area. This position will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, quality, and project closeout while working closely with staff, contractors, municipalities, consultants, homeowners, and community partners. The Director will also lead multi-home development opportunities and help grow Habitat’s factory-built housing program.
The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative project leader who can manage multiple projects, solve problems proactively, build strong relationships, and advance innovative affordable housing solutions.

Construction Site Specialist
As a Construction Site Specialist, you’ll study fundamentals of building design, site development, building layout operations, working with volunteers, site management, and practical residential construction practices. You’ll be instructed in proper use of hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power equipment. Related blueprint reading, estimating, building science principles, and OSHA practices are part of the training.

RePair Specialist
The Repair Specialist works directly with the Repair Manager to rehabilitate homes in our community for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region Repair Program. This program provides repairs on homes with a focus on emergency, accessibility, and aging-in-place repairs. This is an opportunity to get direct experience in all areas of the construction trade.

Finance Director
Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region is seeking a Finance Director to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations. This position is responsible for accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, internal controls, and financial systems while providing financial insight and guidance to the Executive Director, leadership team, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative financial professional who can take ownership of the organization’s finances, lead our finance function, and help ensure Habitat’s resources are managed responsibly in support of our mission.
