Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region and serves as a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management to ensure the organization’s financial health and long-term sustainability. The CFO leads the finance team, supports organizational strategy through financial analysis and insight, and works closely with the Board, leadership, and external partners to strengthen financial systems and support Habitat’s mission and operations.
Salary range: $75,000-$90,000

Construction Site Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Construction Site Specialist, you’ll study fundamentals of building design, site development, building layout operations, working with volunteers, site management, and practical residential construction practices. You’ll be instructed in safe and proper use of hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power equipment. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to apply framing, interior finishing, and exterior finishing techniques at actual job sites. Related blueprint reading, estimating, building science principles, and OSHA practices are part of the training. The Construction Specialist will be able to learn a variety of task in the Construction Carrer Field.
