*We are still seeking applicants for larger-scale, Affordable Housing Program (AHP)-funded projects in rural areas.

Income eligible RePair projects

Households making under 80% area median income can qualify for short-term, 0% interest loans on critical home repairs. The program focuses on aging-in-place, accessibility, and code violation repairs under $7,500.

  • Projects that require 100% of the work to be completed by a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician are not eligible.

We are not currently accepting applications for our standard income eligible RePair projects. See below if you qualify for AHP-funded repair work.
